Palo Santo: (Spanish word for "sacred wood") is a tree that grows naturally in South America. The sticks are used either to erase negative energies in a space, for meditation, or to cleanse your crystals. It purifies the energy, the soul and eliminates bad energies, just like the sage sticks.

Take a stick and light it with a candle, match or lighter. Let the Palo Santo stick burn for 30 seconds to a minute, then blow it out carefully. Palo Santo is traditionally used and known as a natural remedy in several countries around the world.

Fumigation is used and practiced traditionally by Native Americans to purify places, objects and people also under the name of (SMUDGE).

Use: Light one end of the stick with a candle or match and place on a receptacle or other (always resistant to heat and ashes). Let the flame catch on the end and then extinguish the fire (as with incense). Make sure to always turn off the Smudge after your ritual is complete.
