Use : 

Can be used for body massage. Pour into your hands and rub to warm, then apply to the body by massaging. Do not get on lips, eyes or genitals. For external use only.

In the bath, pour about 3 to 5ml of the composition into the bath water and enjoy its benefits. Avoid contact with the eyes.
