. WHERE DO OUR INGREDIENTS COME FROM?
Every ingredient used in our products is mostly natural and mostly plant-based (we have products with beeswax and/or honey), and none of our soaps contain palm oil.
The majority of our suppliers are based in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada, which allows us to establish a good relationship with them and to keep us informed at the moment of all the necessary information on the materials used ordered and also for the future orders.

Yes, we would love to design your products according to your tastes and needs!

Contact us ideally at least 7 weeks in advance, especially for SAF (cold saponification) soaps, which require a minimum of 4 weeks of cure before they can be used. For any other product a minimum of 4 weeks in advance is accepted.
We also personalize the labels of the products you choose, including name (if it is for a person), message, photo, colors etc...
. ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS MADE HERE?
Yes, all our products are made in our workshop, from formulation, manufacturing, packaging and labeling (with the exception of our ranges of face care creams which are made and formulated in collaboration with a Quebec laboratory) You will find this information on the sheet of each product.
And with the exception of products made in collaboration with other local companies such as

. MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact us by email that you receive your package with the damaged product(s), mentioning your full name, your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will do our best to replace your damaged product(s) as soon as possible.
(All this information and the photo serves us to maintain our file of damaged products during delivery and allows us to make improvements in the future, using them as evidence for carriers)
